Working within the private sector in Carlisle and surrounding areas for over 35 years Roy has a wealth of experience and local expertise.
Roy has worked both Client and Contractor side to providing cost information throughout the project stages from preliminary budget costings through to final account.
Based in rural Cumbria Roy has worked on a variety of heritage projects and projects in rural settings, understanding the specialist nature of conservation works required and requirements for rural sites.
On the contractor side Roy has worked alongside a wide range of local developers and contractors, including preparing tenders and valuations.
On the Client side Roy has been involved in projects from inception to completion, providing initial budgets costs and feasibility studies, to tender and Contract Administrator roles.
Roy’s is an adventurer at heart and loves projects in the Lake District when he can pack his kayak into the campervan and have a paddle on the way home!
