Kinmount House
Located in the Scottish Borders, Kinmount House is a Category A listed 19th century mansion house within a Designed Landscape.
A now renowned wedding venue, projects to deliver the Client's vision have included Listed Building Consent for Change of Use to part of the Main House, a new build wedding pavilion within the lawned gardens to accommodate larger weddings and events, and applications for The Croft, a more intimate venue, along with numerous other ongoing projects.

Lane End Inn
Understood to date from the 19th century, the Lane End Inn is a fondly remembered country pub that was 'the place to go' in the 1980s and 1990s.
We have been working with the new owners to masterplan the site to provide a traditional establishment with a contemporary edge, including full refurbishment of the existing property, Winter Garden extension(s), outdoor seating areas, car parking and full site infrastructure.

Lonsdale Villa
Located within the Eden Valley with awe inspiring views across the eastern and central fells of the Lake District, Lonsdale Villa is a 19th century villa in the heart of Penrith.
Working alongside the owners of the property we obtained planning permission for Mixed Use as Holiday Accommodation and a Dwelling; going on to provide detailed design to meet the compliance requirements as guest accommodation.

Located in the heart of the Lake District National Park, World Heritage Site, Keswick is a picturesque market town with an extensive Conservation Area.
Working alongside the Client, work was undertaken to convert a former basement bar, shop and apartments above, to a number of luxury holiday let units, including an accessible suite.

High Street Heritage Action Zones
Part funded by Historic England an Allerdale Borough Council we have worked on a number of projects throughout Maryport under the High Street Heritage Action Zone.
Projects have included reinstatement of traditional shop frontages, together with the design for Shipping Brow Gallery, displaying works by renowned local artists Percy Kelly and William Mitchell, among current local and resident artists.
